If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Every day we wake up and have hundreds of choices in front of us. Recognizing this one key fact is what gives us control over our own lives.
Know that everything we choose to do holds us solely responsible and accountable for our own happiness. Or our own misery.
You can cry over spilled milk. But crying won’t clean it up. The same with worrying. All these kinds of things are our own chosen misery.
It’s EASY to get upset over things. It’s HARD to see the bright side. But it is our choice, my friends. And if it’s all in our heads then it’s all in our hands!
